The NAF 4 Reference Web App offers a convenient reference guide for Views defined in the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF) 4. It allows the user to select a view from the table and quickly access relevant extracted information from the offical NAF 4 documentation, coupled with the NAF 4 Modelling Guidelines for the use of the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).

Hugh Faulkner
Hugh Faulkner
Hugh is a former RAF senior air battle management executive with extensive knowledge of UK Air Policing and Operational Control. A General Duties Aerosystems Course graduate, he has considerable Trials Management and Operational Evaluation experience. An A1 qualified Instructor, Hugh has course design and delivery experience.

An experienced EA practitioner, he has performed lead roles on a wide range of Enterprise Architecture and modelling projects in the defence and intelligence arenas and has an excellent understanding of MODAF/NAF. He has delivered successful MODAF/NAF theory and practical training courses at both executive and practitioner levels.


Jeth Tomlinson
Jeth Tomlinson
Jeth has a well-proven ability to focus in on the problem, understand customer requirements, identify pertinent issues and present findings with recommendations, in a clear and concise manner. He also has experience of developing intuitive graphics and visualisations to enhance architectural outputs, presentations and written reports to significant effect.

Jeth has performed Architecture Modeller roles on a wide range of project engagements within the UK, US, Sweden and UAE. Recent projects have included support to the UK’s Defence Operational Training Capability (Air) Programme, UK’s Ballistic Missile Defence Radar Programme, UAE’s National Tactical Data Link Programme and most recently, support to the UK’s Future Land GBAD Programme.

In his personal time, Jeth enjoys playing tennis, sailing, the outdoors, property renovation and spending time with his family.


Graeme Watson
Graeme Watson
Graeme uses his experience with ontology design and data modelling to extend EA frameworks effectively to meet the needs of the project. Furthermore, his software development background has enabled him to develop new prototype tooling, and enhance extant tooling, to both improve efficiency of information capture and to support novel modelling and visualisation approaches. In addition, Graeme has experience with developing and delivering both theoretical and practical training courses for EA and MODAF/NAF.
